Academic Initiatives

Academic Initiatives strives to better integrate campus departments and faculty with the work of the Division of Student Affairs to create a bridge between academics and student support services.

Admissions

Admissions coordinates all aspects of undergraduate admission, including year-round outreach, comprehensive application review, and the processing of credit for any student (new and continuing) who completes transferable coursework.

Alcohol & Drug Program

The Student Health Alcohol and Drug Program (ADP) provides counseling, education, prevention, and recovery services that meet students where they are, without judgment.

Alumni Association

The UCSB Alumni Association offers a variety of services and programs for students.

Associated Students

Associated Students (AS) is UCSB's officially recognized undergraduate student government, which operates both as a non-profit organization and a campus department and includes dozens of entities (boards, committees, commissions, and units).
